Subscription and invoices
Review the active plan, usage, recent billing history, and Stripe invoices.
Review the company's plan, lead-seat capacity, renewal context, recent billing activity, and path to detailed invoices from one Firm-admin workspace.
Why it matters
Clear subscription context helps a company compare paid capacity with the team it intends to operate, retrieve billing documents without a support request, and make plan changes with the current usage visible.
See it in HoneyFalcon

Review plan capacity and open detailed billing through the visible portal action.

Use recent billing history for context and the billing portal for complete invoices.
Understand subscription and billing
Review the active subscription
Open Company > Subscription to see the current plan, billing period, included lead-seat capacity, current usage, renewal context, and available plan actions.
Compare capacity with the operating team
Used lead seats show how much of the included lead-receiving capacity is currently occupied. Turning an agent off stops new leads, but that seat remains used until the start of the next month. Review this context before adding members or changing the plan so the subscription reflects the team you intend to route.
Use recent billing history for orientation
The HoneyFalcon page shows a compact recent history with amount, currency, and billing state. It helps the Firm admin understand recent activity without replacing the authoritative billing documents.
Open Stripe for invoices and payment methods
Choose Manage in billing portal to open a fresh authenticated Stripe billing-portal session. The portal contains the invoice history and payment-method controls available for the customer account.
Evaluate a plan change deliberately
Review current lead-seat usage and the operational effect before selecting another plan. A disabled option is unavailable in the current state and remains visually distinct from an action that can be selected.
A practical finance scenario
A company is preparing to add more lead-receiving agents before a new campaign. The Firm admin can compare current seat usage, review the billing period, open the portal for the latest invoice, and decide whether capacity needs to change before the campaign begins.
This keeps subscription decisions connected to the way the sales team will actually use HoneyFalcon.
Open the billing portal from HoneyFalcon each time. Its session URL is temporary and should not be bookmarked, copied into documentation, or shared.

- Recent billing rows display the expected amount, currency, and state.
- Detailed invoice history and payment methods are reached through a fresh Manage in billing portal session.
- Plan decisions are made with current lead-seat usage visible.
