Your company workspace stays separate
HoneyFalcon keeps each company's leads, team settings, routing configuration, costs, tags, and connectors within that company's workspace. We do not expose one customer's workspace to another.
Access stays aligned with responsibility
Agents focus on the leads available or assigned to them. Firm admins control membership, lead eligibility, routing, costs, and integrations for their own company, so sensitive account decisions stay with the people responsible for them.
Protected connections and integrations
The production application uses secure connections, and reusable integration credentials are handled as protected values rather than displayed in full during normal account use. Firm admins can manage or replace connector credentials through the dedicated company settings.
Clear data-handling practices
We process the account and lead data needed to provide HoneyFalcon. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, retained, and shared with service providers, together with the rights available to data subjects.
