Allocation settings
Choose how new leads are offered and define capacity and response windows.
Choose how eligible agents receive offers and how quickly a lead advances when nobody accepts, so speed and fairness are policy — not manual work.
Why it matters
Every minute a paid lead waits is risk. Allocation settings let you distribute automatically with real limits, so leads move fast to the right people without any one agent being overloaded and without you assigning each lead by hand.

Distribute leads with speed and fair limits
Pick round robin or broadcast
Round robin offers a lead to one eligible agent at a time and remembers where it left off, so distribution stays even. Broadcast opens the lead to the eligible team and the first eligible agent to accept becomes the owner.
Both models apply the same eligibility and tag rules, so switching the model never bypasses who is allowed to receive a lead.
Set limits that protect capacity
Round robin can cap how many leads an agent receives per day and how many unactioned offers they can hold at once, so nobody is buried while others idle.
If the first round-robin recipient rejects an offer or lets it expire, the lead continues to the remaining eligible team through broadcast; if only one eligible agent remains, that person receives it directly.
New settings shape later routing decisions and do not rewrite leads already in flight — change them between campaigns, then validate with a synthetic lead.
Allocation is ready when
- The chosen model and its limits are saved and read back correctly when you reopen the form.
- A synthetic lead follows the model you selected, and you can see the result on the Pending offers surface.
