Company costs and investments

Review organization-wide lead costs, investments, and member-level results.

See what your lead operation costs, which rules shaped that cost, and where each agent stands against their monthly quota — in one company view.

Why it matters

Lead spend is only defensible when you can explain it. This view puts total and average cost next to the standard rate, the active exceptions, and each agent's quota progress, so an unusual number always has a visible reason.

Read the cost headline

Total leads, total cost, and average cost per lead summarize the selected period, alongside the standard cost that applies as your global setting.

Filter by date range and agent to move between the company picture and one person's contribution.

See which exceptions are active

Active special cost rules list each agent's adjustment — for example a discount — together with how far that rule has progressed and how the agent stands against their monthly quota.

Because the adjustment and its progress sit next to each other, an unusual total traces straight back to the rule that produced it.

Control participation without losing history

Each agent row carries an active state and a lead eligibility switch. Turning eligibility off stops only new leads: existing leads stay in history and are not reassigned, and the current month's seat stays used until the monthly reset.

Payment records for the period are generated automatically at the end of each month and listed for validation.

Turning lead eligibility off stops only new leads — existing work stays with the agent and the month's seat remains used until the monthly reset, so plan changes around the reset.

Your cost view is clear when

  • Total and average cost reflect the period, with the standard cost visible as the global setting.
  • Every active exception shows its adjustment and progress next to the agent's quota.
  • You can stop new leads for an agent without disturbing existing work or history.
