Agent workspace

Read the lead queue, KPI summary, and current-month context.

Prioritize today's sales work from live lead states, clear action controls, and compact personal indicators.

Why it matters

The agent workspace turns a mixed stream of opportunities into a practical queue: decide on pending offers, continue owned conversations, and understand recorded progress without assembling context from several screens.

Read the workspace by action

Pending offers need a decision

A pending offer is still moving through the allocation process. Review the masked phone and email cues, creation time, and any visible countdown, then accept or reject before the window ends when a timer applies.

Accepted leads are owned work

Once accepted, the lead belongs to the winning recipient and moves into the active workflow. The workspace separates this owned work from offers that remain available to decide.

Completed and rejected records preserve history

A completed, expired, or rejected item no longer carries the same action as an open offer, but its state remains useful for understanding what happened and for keeping reports consistent.

Use KPI cards for orientation

The four KPI cards show Active, Pending, Completed, and Success rate for the selected period. Use the lead sections and individual record when you need to act on a specific opportunity.

Work comfortably on smaller screens

On a narrow display, controls and lead information stack, while wide table content can scroll inside its own region. This keeps the page usable without changing the meaning of the lead states.

When an expected lead is not visible

Check Search, the current status or view, and whether another eligible teammate already accepted a Broadcast offer. Ask a Firm admin to inspect routing only after confirming those simpler possibilities.

A practical start-of-day scenario

An agent begins with two pending offers and several active conversations. By resolving the time-sensitive offers first and then returning to owned work, the agent helps the team respond faster without losing track of ongoing follow-up.

Use KPI cards to orient your day, then use the lead state and record to decide what to do. A summary count is not a substitute for the individual action.

The workspace is helping when

  • Pending, accepted, and completed work are easy to distinguish at a glance.
  • The agent can move from a queue state to the correct next action without opening company settings.
  • Status changes and close outcomes appear in the same operational record.
  • Personal indicators provide orientation while the lead table remains the source for individual actions.
