Team and invitations
Invite members and keep account, profile, and lead eligibility aligned.
Bring teammates into HoneyFalcon with exactly the right access, activity, eligibility, tags, and buffer responsibility — and change any of them later without losing history.
Why it matters
Staffing changes constantly, and paid leads cannot wait for a rebuild. Because access, profile activity, lead eligibility, tags, and buffer responsibility are separate controls, you adjust one without disturbing the others or deleting a member's record.

Step 1 of 3: invitation list and invitation form.

Step 2 of 3: resulting member in the team list.

Step 3 of 3: independent role, profile, eligibility, and buffer controls.
Add people and shape how they receive leads
Invite once, land in the right role
Send an invitation and the teammate joins with the role you choose. A firm admin manages company-wide settings; an agent works assigned leads without touching those controls.
Because access is separate from allocation eligibility, someone can hold an account without receiving leads, or receive leads without any admin power.
Tune capacity and eligibility per person
Each member has a Monthly lead target and a Maximum monthly limit. Lead eligibility turns off automatically when accepted leads reach the maximum, and a firm admin can turn it back on deliberately after adjusting capacity.
Each member edit exposes these controls directly, so a member's real responsibility is set explicitly rather than inferred.
- Active account — an inactive account keeps its history but stops working in the app.
- Active allocation profile — whether the member participates in automatic allocation.
- Lead eligibility — whether the member is currently offered new leads.
- Available as buffer — one designated member per company can act as the terminal safety net.
- Monthly lead target and Maximum monthly limit — the capacity range for the month.
Lead eligibility switches off on its own when a member reaches the Maximum monthly limit — reactivate it deliberately once you have adjusted capacity, so leads only flow to people who can work them.
Your team is ready when
- Each invitation reaches the intended person and is completed once.
- Role, account, allocation profile, eligibility, and buffer settings match every member's real responsibility.
- The Monthly lead target and Maximum monthly limit reflect what each agent can actually handle this month.
