Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using HoneyFalcon, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

HoneyFalcon is a lead distribution platform that captures leads and routes them to agents or buyers according to rules you configure. Subscription plans can differ by included capacity, such as lead volume and seats; available platform capabilities are not presented as tier-gated features.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your organization's users, and keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service—including sending unlawful content, infringing others' rights, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before they end.

Your data

You retain ownership of the lead and account data you bring to HoneyFalcon. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, HoneyFalcon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
