Profile and password

Keep your personal account details and sign-in credential current.

Keep your personal profile, lead-receiving preferences, limits, and sign-in credential current from dedicated self-service controls.

Why it matters

Self-service account maintenance reduces administrative back-and-forth and lets each user keep personal operating details accurate. The separate password flow protects a security-sensitive action without mixing it with company-wide routing configuration.

See it in HoneyFalcon

Maintain your account safely

Review profile and operating preferences

Open Account > Profile & settings to review the personal details and controls available to your account. Availability and personal lead-limit settings affect how you work, while company membership and wider team configuration remain in the Firm-admin surface.

Read your monthly context

Monthly leads shows your personal desired limit, while Accepted leads shows how many leads you accepted in the current month. These indicators provide context; the Firm admin still controls the absolute limit and company lead eligibility.

Save deliberate profile changes

Review all visible values before choosing Save Changes. A saved profile update should reflect how you intend to participate in the current workflow, not a temporary state you forgot to restore.

Change the password through its dedicated form

Open Account > Change password, enter the current password and a new unique password, then submit the form once. The dedicated flow validates the required credential inputs without displaying their values.

After a credential change

Store the new password in a password manager. Sign out of devices that should no longer have access, and contact a Firm admin if the account itself must be paused or deactivated.

Use app and notification controls when available

Profile & settings also shows Install App, Push Notifications, and Feature Status. Browser compatibility, notification permission, and the company's notification configuration determine which actions are available, so read the displayed status before enabling them.

A practical availability scenario

An agent preparing for planned time away can review personal settings before leaving, while the Firm admin can separately manage team eligibility where required. When the agent returns, the profile can be brought back to the intended operating state without changing company routing rules for everyone else.

Use a unique password stored in a password manager. HoneyFalcon support should never ask you to send a password, API key, Service Key, or complete CRM credential.

Your account is current when

  • Personal details, availability, lead limit, and Save Changes are understood as one profile workflow.
  • Monthly leads and Accepted leads are understood as personal context rather than company-wide controls.
  • Company-wide membership and routing controls remain distinct from personal settings.
  • The password form shows all required inputs and guidance without exposing credential values.
  • Feature Status explains whether app installation and push notifications are currently available.
  • The new credential is stored securely and no reusable secret appears in documentation or support evidence.
