Lead routing built around your operation
Balance fairness, speed, specialization and team capacity with round-robin, competitive broadcast, tag rules, response windows and fallback paths in one configurable system.

Manual lead distribution becomes a bottleneck
When decisions live in inboxes, chats and spreadsheets, every new arrival creates another coordination step. Distribution becomes uneven, managers spend time moving work, and recipients lose the clear next action that helps them respond quickly.
HoneyFalcon turns that recurring decision into a routing system your team can understand, configure and improve.
Two ways to move demand. One consistent eligibility layer.
Fair round-robin presents a lead to one eligible teammate at a time. Daily quotas and limits on unanswered offers help balance participation without overloading the people who already have work waiting.
Competitive broadcast opens the opportunity to all eligible recipients at once. The first person to accept claims it, making this mode useful when speed matters more than sequential distribution.
Both modes respect the same eligibility layer. Account and profile state, lead eligibility, tags, quotas, monthly limits and current capacity shape who can participate before an offer is created.
Specialize routing without making it brittle
Use Preferred tag groups when matching specialists should receive priority but the route still needs a fallback. Use Hard groups when only qualified recipients should participate.
Before a tag rule affects live distribution, Shadow mode lets you observe how it would classify real traffic. Move to Enforce only when the behavior matches the way your operation should work.
Match response timing to the working day
Business hours and holidays select the appropriate response window automatically. In-hours demand can receive a tighter window, while out-of-hours arrivals can give recipients more time to respond.
Quotas, monthly usage limits and current capacity keep new offers aligned with the workload each recipient can actually take.
Keep opportunities moving after the first attempt
A rejected or expired round-robin offer does not need to stop with its first recipient. HoneyFalcon can continue through the remaining eligible team by broadcast, preserving another path to acceptance.
After the normal route is exhausted, terminal rescue can pass the lead to the designated buffer. If no eligible buffer is available, the eligible Firm admin fallback provides a deterministic final path.
Automate the repeatable path. Keep control of the exception.
The routing engine handles repeatable distribution, while a Firm admin can still assign a lead directly to an active teammate in the same company when human judgment is the right choice. Preferred and Hard tag matching do not block that explicit administrative decision.
The result is routing that can balance fairness, urgency, specialization, capacity and human control without forcing every team or lead seller into one rigid workflow.
Clear rules. Faster next actions.
„When a new offer reaches me, I know it is mine to act on. I spend less time asking who owns the lead and more time responding.”
„Round-robin gives the team a fair starting point, while quotas and response windows keep distribution aligned with how we actually work.”
„Shadow mode lets me review tag decisions before they affect live routing. I can refine specialist rules without making a blind change.”
